Glossary of Terms

Attendee Experience: The collective impressions, emotions, and interactions experienced by an event participant. SocialPass is designed to maximize attendee satisfaction, offering a range of features and services to ensure an engaging and enjoyable event experience.

Blockchain: A decentralized, digital ledger that records transactions and data across a network of computers. Blockchain technology provides enhanced security, transparency, and immutability.

Cryptocurrency: A digital or virtual currency that uses cryptography for security and operates on a decentralized network, such as a blockchain. Examples include Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many others.

Event Dashboard: A centralized hub for managing your events, including team collaboration, event creation, and promotion. SocialPass provides event hosts with a user-friendly dashboard to streamline their event planning and execution process.

Integrations: The process of connecting various tools, platforms, and services to enhance the capabilities of an application or system. SocialPass supports integrations with other popular tools and platforms, enabling event hosts to optimize their event management and promotion efforts.

NFT (Non-Fungible Token): A unique digital asset representing ownership of a specific item or piece of content. NFTs are powered by blockchain technology, which ensures their authenticity, provenance, and scarcity. In the context of SocialPass, NFTs are used for event ticketing.
